POLICY FOR USERS
This policy is strictly for those who will be making use of our car rental services. The aim of this policy is to ensure that we at Afebest provides quality service to our customers and to equip our customers with the right knowledge of how to use our services.
Below are these policies:
Kindly ensure you have valid drivers license before booking for our services.
Smoking is prohibited in the rented car.
You are responsible for any car damages that may occur while the car is in your care. Hence, ensure you deliver or return the car in the exact condition you met it.
You can make your booking online or visit our office. Once payment has been confirmed, we will send a confirmation document and receipt via email for those who booked online. While, those who made a booking in our office, we will issue receipt immediately and provide all the needed documents to you in person.
Kindly note that we don’t accept a reservation without payment.
You can cancel your reservation not less than one week before the initial agreed date. Anytime apart from that will require extra charges as stated in the agreement letter.
You can change your reservation date as soon as possible. You should send the reservation number issued and the date of the initial reservation. You should include the new date for your reservation and send it via email. It will be attended as soon as possible.
Please note that we only accept change of reservation only once. Anything asides that won’t be attended to.
Lateness to pick up a car you booked for is at your own consequence.
You are to return the car within 24 hours of the agreed date indicated.
When you return the car, ensure everything is intact and nothing is missing. Ensure none of your items is left inside. We won’t be responsible for any missing item.
We only rent out an automatic vehicle, we don’t have a manual car for rent.
We do not accept a pet in the car for safety and hygienic reasons.
